Optum's ask is to remove the mandatory option or make it as optional for the project notes title field in the new UI because the Classic UI did not have that as a mandatory field.
Use case or reasons for having the field option:
By making it essential, they have several people typing something multiple times throughout the day when there is no reason for them to use this title unless it can be a drop down option to choose
They think that it could be turned on or off as a mandatory field. So then if they don't need it, they don't have to have it as mandatory. And if they do need it, they can have the option to turn that on.
