response headers need different formatting or more separation between alternate answers

Hi team,

I fielded a request from Megan at CAPTRUST that our response headers/alternate answers are difficult to distinguish from one another in the new UX. This is true both in the recommendation engine on the project side and in the library. In searching for a past discussion on this, I noticed there are quite a few S4s for this same topic, so I wanted to consolidate in one place.

It was discussed we would make some updates in the May or June sprint (2023). At the time it was discussed, we would do a dotted line to separate the various answer options. It appears though that never made it to release or if it did it has since changed back.

Here's a screenshot from her library that demonstrates the issue - the responses blur together and there is not a good visual indicator that they are not part of the same response:

Get on a call with Tara to understand the problem along with UX team
Work with UX team on the design
Get the estimate from RRT team
Then share an ETA for the same?
