When we edit a response and click on answered toggle the activity shows as completed but does not show whether it is edited and completed.
Users are getting confused whether the responses are just marked as completed with previous response or edited and completed with the new response. Unless, the users go into the activity to see the details deeply.
This behavior is replicable on our end too.
