Toggle off Save to Answer Library after direct copy from Recommendation Engine

Client called out why Save to Answer Library wouldn't automatically toggle off when a direct copy with little to no edits from the Recommendation Engine was applied to a project answer. This would save time in running deduplication, especially if clients have opted not to enable Content Cleaner or Project Duplicates, and Moderation if enabled.

Please consider an auto toggle for Save to Answer Library for the following conditions:

Content Cleaner/Project Duplicates not enabled

Apply Answer or Override applied from Recommendation Engine

Less than 10-15% of content edited after applied

@Amity Rose It's a valid ask and certainly it will reduce overhead for moderators and owners by restricting the duplicate entries in project. We will let you know when we add this to our roadmap.
