Make alert text visible when adding a document from the recommendation engine and within a project

Hi Team,

Ryan LLC has alert texts on a number of their documents telling their users to include NDAs, however those alert texts are not visible when attaching a document to a question from the recommendation engine. They are also not visible in the project once the document has been attached.

It would be great to still have that alert text be visible so that users can still see they need to include an NDA when adding that particular document.

@bruce Few clarifications

Alert text is currently visible in the recommendation pane. Are you saying that it is not visible for them?
Do they need alert text even when attaching documents from the Content Library?

Hi @khalees good call out. My bad, that was unclear. If the document is attached to a Q&A pair then the alert text is visible. I believe the customer is referring to when you attach a document in a project. For this example, the Org chart.docx document has an alert text, but it is not visible from this view:

I have got the same requirement from "dawn.mcintyredecker@fiserv.com".

Zendesk Ticket Reference: 50788

Document record that contains an alert under the content library. However, when I attach this document to the response in a project, at no time does this alert pop up. There is also nothing on the screen to indicate there is an alert on the record. It went straight from attaching to showing it in the response.

@bruce @sathishkumarWe have addressed this S4 in the last release. We now show a warning icon as shown in the screenshot below to the let the users know that there is some instruction/alert text attached to the document and should be considered before attaching it to the project question.
