Client Circana is requesting a feature that would allow their end users (Team Members & Managers) to provide feedback on content in the Library & Recommendation Engine. Similar in functionality to the Star Rating (allows for filtering of specific ratings) but would not affect the Recommendation Engine or Auto-Respond. This type of rating system would allow the content admin team visibility into their user's experience and allow them to focus on the most needed content for updates/changes. The client originally wanted to use Star Ratings, but doesn't want to grant Team Members/Managers the ability to edit the rest of the record or Metadata. They devised this rating system for Star Rating, so to have something similar to capture this type of information would be great:
1 STAR
- The answer is overdue for review and no longer relevant
- There are no Tags and it was hard to find
- I was unable to use this answer in the RFP.
2 STARS
- Unclear whether the Q is Global vs. Market/Country specific
- The answer is not overdue but elements need updating
- There are some Tags, but it was not easy to find
- I was able to use a small amount of the content, but had to seek additional resources.
3 STARS
- It is clear whether the Q is Global vs. Market/Country specific
- The answer is up to date (reviewed within the 90 days)
- I was able to find it but Tags could be improved
- I was able to copy and paste more than half of the content
4 STARS
- It is clear whether the Q is Global vs. Market/Country specific
- The answer is up to date (reviewed within the last 90 days)
- It was easy to find based on correct Tagging
- Most of the content was accurate, but I needed to add to it to complete the question answer
- On brand, correct font, references to Circana
5 STARS:
- It is clear whether the Q is Global vs. Market/Country specific
- The answer is up to date (reviewed within the last month)
- It was easy to find based on correct Tagging
- I was able to copy and paste without additional content
