change the colour for 'Submit for Review' and 'Complete Review' button.

When performing Reviews in RFPIO, when you look into the Section List, you see Status Buttons for 'Submit for Review' and 'Complete Review'. They are both the exact same color, so it's not clear at-a-glance which is which. Can you please consider using a different color for each (as you have with the 'Reopen Section')?
