Scenario:
The user's project contains 900 questions, of which 899 have project responses that have been examined. Now, when a different reviewer or user views the project, he will not be able to tell which QA pair has not been reviewed.
To see which questions are not reviewed, the user must read through all the sections and questions, which takes time.
Now that the question has been identified, if the section is closed—say, with 20 questions—he only has the capacity to open the section, not the question.
Opening the section will force him to repeat the review process and finish the section, which takes a lot of time.
It would be very time-efficient if the user could select a question from the dashboard, go directly to it, review it and close it.
