Auto respond should not mark the Questions as Answered until reviewed.

If we run Auto respond and apply responses to the questions, that automatically marks the question as answered. The user feels that the question shouldn't be marked as answered until it has been reviewed.

1)Question marked as not answered

2) Runs Auto respond and apply answer

The Question is automatically marked as Answered.
