Calendar Management

Hi Everyone!

Our RFP team is trying to improve our processes. I am wondering if RFPIO has anything for calendar management. Between the RFP team, we use Microsoft Planner (similar to Trello) to keep our own team organized with due dates and items for completion. We were wanting something similar for an entire team who works on an RFP, does RFPIO have something similar to a calendar? Or is there something else that everyone uses? Thanks!

Hi @Jacie Schumacher! Currently, Responsive does not have any centralized calendar. However, there is a "Task" feature within Projects that many of my clients like utilizing to organize their Project Process. I've included a help article that explains how the Task Feature works in a little more detail. Curious how other users keep their team's organized!

We use the Task Feature that Helene mentioned! We track things on our internal Slack chats as well, but the tasks and related reminders are helpful especially the Daily Task Report.
