User is asking for colour enhancement for the tick mark in comment section

When user are providing comments, many are simply not hitting the (tick) icon in the Comments Tab because it's not evident that it's an action button. It simply doesn't stand out and it's not clear that it does anything until you hover over it. It would be better if this was a true 'button' that was a prominent color to easily see that it needs to be clicked once complete.

Can we educate/train them by sharing help center article?

We can enhance the resolve comment action, but has lot of impacts in other products as well in terms of Consistency. Hence I am asking you if we can train/educate them instead of doing this change.
