Optum has given their feedback regarding the Alert Text box and what can be approved.
Currently when we type into the Alert Text box it is difficult to see the content as the text box does not resize according to the content. Therefore, users are having to copy and paste the content outside of RFPIO to check for any errors and then re-paste back into RFPIO.
Optum would like the option to be able to see their entire Alert Text inside text box so that they can see if there anything that needs to be corrected.
