Queuing @mention comments notification feature request

In projects, similar to the author assignment notification queue feature, the client is also requesting the queue feature for @mention comments notification.

Please check on the possibility of having the feature implemented.

Hi @Khalees V , Hyland expressed interest in this as well. They add notes in the comment area, and want to send to a user all at once, not in separate emails, so as to not spam the user.

@Bruce Duffett Got it. Can you help me understand why they would like to queue and send message all at once? Curious to see what those messages are?

@Khalees V Adding TCW to this request. They want to be able to leave comments for one person under a few QA pairs and then send one email instead of sending separate ones instantly.
