Our organization wants to integrate Responsive to SFDC, how long did it take for your org to do this? Was the integration easy/hard?
Ours was pretty quick! I wasn't involved in the end-to-end process, but I remember hearing that it was relatively painless and the benefits were nearly instantaneous. Having a direct link to the SFDC opportunity within the platform has been huge, in addition to prepopulating certain pieces of valuable info.
@Apple Sabino Our integration was very easy and our IT team was able to easily complete the setups within Salesforce as needed. Plan to ensure that all the profiles are updated with the correct permission sets so that the correct individuals have access to create an intake from within salesforce, and ensure you have documentation/videos to make available to your staff (especially for new hires)...these items honestly probably are more time consuming than the integration itself.

Thanks for the info! I do hope our experience will be the same. We also want to have some SFDC info prepopulated to the platform dont need to go back and forth between SFDC and Responsive, which is very time consuming!
Hi! I agree the retraining of users especially for the intake will take more time than integration. will keep in mind to check user profiles/permissions. Thank you for your insight!
