Answer Type Template

User first applied a new Answer Type Template in Project Settings and answered a few questions and used the template.

Then, user went back into Project Settings, and attempted to delete the Answer Type Template from all sections.

User selected “Detach and Delete” as an option. After opening the project back up, user still see that the Answer Type Template persists.

@vignesh If there are answers in the template, we will not delete. This is the expected behavior.
