This request came from Genpact. It is a high priority ask for them as they frequently use this sharing feature as part of their RFP process.
It is possible to bulk share QA pairs with an available selection/saved searches in the content library. However, the sharing option is not visible if we select a series of QA pairs from tags, collections, and custom fields.

Thanks for sharing the idea. Currently, we can share Q&A pairs by selecting filters(Tags, Collection, Custom fields etc.,) or saved search. It is not technically feasible to share content without any filter as of now. We will check with the development team and try to address your concern in the future.

Please read my request carefully, and watch the video again if needed. I did not ask for the option to bulk share QA without saved searches (or) filters. For example, I filtered by 'Tag-A' which has 200 QA pairs, and I do not want to share everything with my team mate, down the line, I only want to share the QA pairs I wish to share (may the first 30 questions from the list). In this case, if I select few QA pair, the share button will disappear. This is what I explained in my video as well. Please let me know if you want to connect over a call to discuss.

I can very well understand your request . Unfortunately, we cannot select/unselect to share the content post applying filters as well due to technical feasibility issue.
