catch duplicates or similar Q&A pairs before adding to the content library

Hi Team,

Atlassian brought this up, they'd like to be able to compare and merge duplicate or similar Q&A pairs in a confirmation window before they add them to the content library. I thought it was an interesting idea, it looks like we may have something similar in the works for Q4.

As of now we have it, when the content enters from Project, we will catch Duplicates, please enable it under org settings -> Content Library -> Preferences -> Identify and Clear duplicates. It will compare the project questions with Content library and identify duplicates.

Upon adding New QA pairs in Content Library, we are discussing on it, we will keep you posted once we have an update for you.

For sure, I showed them the feature, thanks Viswa. They'd just also like it for similar Q&A pairs, and to have it in the CCL. The new feature is definitely a step in the right direction though! Thanks for your help.
