When you @mention a user on a Q&A pair, the owners/moderators will be notified and can see the comment on the Q&A pair. Sometimes the admin team doesn't want to bother the user but needs to have a discussion amongst themselves. Maybe there is a way to have hidden comments only available to those in the comment thread?
