The Category field does not get used by most clients, as there are better ways to capture that type of information (such as Custom Fields) that are more easily Reportable & Searchable. Furthermore, the field is both a free form text and has a list of predefined options that there is no way of editing/changing, which makes it difficult to manage from an admin perspective. Requesting that this field be removed entirely or at least be able to be made "inactive" for those clients that don't want to leverage it.
