Edit Project Documents

I am just now finally able to get into the new release documentation and I was trying to test out the Edit Project Documents feature. I don't see the option to "Edit in..." when I click the more options in the Project Documents screen.

Is this something that needs to be activated? I looked in Organization Settings and didn't see any place in projects to activate it.
