Feature requested by Kaiser Permanente.
Currently in the project report if we need to find the authors and reviewers of the section and question, we can find them in the "sections" tab or the "questions" tab.
But the user is requesting us to add these data in the Question & Answer tab so that it will be easier for them to access it.
