This isn't every single time, but it is happening frequently and with multiple reps. When I go to export, the dial will continue to spin, and I cannot get the file to export.

This is an intermittent issue occurring sometimes in the application, when more number of exports are executed at the same time. Have highlighted devops to have a keen eye on this issue and suggest any changes required.
