This is a request from "LeanIX".
The character count of the response that is displayed in our UI is different to the one that is seen in excel.
In excel they are considering space between the different lines as character. For example if there are 3 bullet points, the excel will add 2 additional characters for the space between them.
Due to this, there is a difference in the count.
Client mentioned that due to this difference they can't rely on the count displayed in the UI.
They would like the character count to show the same value that is seen in the excel.
