Pin Attachments feature

Hi!

Has anyone used the Pin Attachments feature in the release that went out last week? I've tested it a couple of times. It doesn't put the contents of the attachment at the end of the response to that question, which is what I thought it was meant to do. It seems to just be putting it in the Attachments folder like a regular attachment. Has anyone else noticed this or a different way this works? Maybe I'm misunderstanding. Thanks!

Hi @Sarah Biskup You have it right -- the Pin function should make it so that the contents of the document will be added to the end of the response.

A few things that may be causing this to not behave correctly:

Are you using the new UI? This feature is currently only available on the new UI.
What are you exporting into? This will only work with Word docs.

I would start here and see if it helps!

Thank you. Yes, we're in the new UI and I exported into Word. I tried it using our Word template as well as a Word source document and it didn't pin either time. I'll put in a ticket. Thank you!
