This is a request on behalf of Tiffany Gant from Symplr.
She wants to know if the QAs moving from Project to CCL can be handled differently. She would like the process of moving QAs from project to CCL done when we enable the Save in AL option in a project/sections. She says that She wants to avoid a scenario where they decide to simply archive a project instead of completing it, then the QAs in that project will be missed from moving to CCL.
In her own words - "we just assumed that once we added it and saved the answer to the library, it would be updated. Had no idea or would have even imagined that this only happens upon a project being marked complete--- Maybe that’s something that needs to be looked at to be handled differently by the system? I am thinking it should be generated at the “Save to Library” step---my concern is that the status being updated to “Completed” for a project might get missed from time to time, resulting in changes not being added to the tool/content---and just sitting out there in archived…? Thank you again!"
I checked with Deepan and he asked me to go for this enhancement. Please see if this is a feasible request.
