1./ If the AI can flag up potential duplication in the Answer Library to the user, before they submit new Q&A over for moderation.
2./ (when the user import a completed project from word doc) The AI has the ability to identify Q&A which already existed in the Answer Library and flag that to the user, to minimise the chances of duplication.
