Making changes to the section templates to be reflected automatically in project.

When a user creates a section template and uses it in a project, then edits the template with new information, the change is not reflected. If the data follows changes made in the section templates module, it would be beneficial for the user to do so because it would save them from having to repeatedly make changes to projects that have already been created.

@sunitha Got the problem. Linking section template with the project make sense. May be we can think of introducing an icon (like a bulb icon for Content Library updates) to let the project team know that some of the section templates has been updated instead of automatically updating the content in the Project.
