As I've learned about project templates more, I've noticed that when a Q&A has multiple answers and one or both are updated in the CCL, the ability to just hit "update" the answer in the project goes away. This means current users will have to find the answer in the recommendation engine and hit apply to override the current answer, which takes quite a bit of time. Most of our customers have multiple answers on a Q&A pair, so any of them that want to use project templates will most likely be affected by this.
Would it be possible to have the ability to select "update" in the case of multiple answers?
