When records are currently in the Review queue, before the assigned Owner can officially review each records and complete review, some clients require their admin members to make edits like fix grammatical errors, update certain words for a compliance reason to records in the Review. To make these types of non-SME edits, they take the record that needs to be edited out of the Review temporarily, make necessary edits, and put it back to the Review by changing the Next Review Date manually. While performing this action, the Last Reviewed Date is updated as today, and they are not able to adjust it. Clients are creating a custom field named “Last Authorized Date” and manually update this field to retain the date.
Adding “Last Reviewed Date” as an attribute when exporting a QA pair out of Content Library would allow the clients to overcome the task of creating Custom Fields to keep track of “Last Reviewed Date” even though we have the same attribute in Content Library.
