Many organizations want to have specifc content reviewed by specific users prior to it being accepted into the library. Mnay times the person who is assigned the moderation role, may not be the SME responsible for the content and instead has to mannually assign them to the SME. An example would be when a new project is completed, the new answers that are going to be saved into the library would be assigned to specific users based on some criteria like a tag, collection, or custom field.
