Ability to send message to teams via the task summary panel.

Client Name: Forescout

In project-> Dashboard, we have the task summary panel. The users will be able to send message to authors/reviewers from the task summary.

We have assigned individual users and teams as authors/reviewers. If we try sending a message to them, only the individual users are receiving the message and not the team.

Can we enhance this feature so that the teams also receive the message that are being sent via the "task summary panel".
