Suggested edits for collaborators

Hi Team,

Innova/Hiregenics uses guest contributors a lot, and they are very interested in having users be able to strikethrough content and attach a note/comment to it, like you can in google docs. That way they can be selective with what edits they accept.

I thought it was an interesting idea, wanted to share.

@bruce It's a good idea. May be bringing in annotations will be a stop-gap solution for this request. We will keep you posted when we prioritize this idea.
