Project Value custom field without dollar $ symbol

Request from Illumina:

They want an ability to edit the project value field to enter other country currency other than $ like, other currency symbols, such as AED, KD, AUD, INR, etc.

Currently the Project value is a system defined field(non-editable) but client's preference is to either turn off/disable/delete the custom field if its not editable if creating a new custom field is the only way to satisfy their requirement.

Note: They have now created a separate dropdown field to show the currency symbol

@ranjini Can you please clarify if they are looking for Currency selection at the individual project level or at the Org level?

@Khalees V They are looking for having multiple currency selection option on the project value custom field or they would just like to have it empty without showing $ symbol
