All Reviewers have completed their review, but the section isn't showing the option to "Complete Section" when the user reviewed all questions. If a person has reviewed all questions, why force the extra step of clicking “Complete Review”? If all questions are reviewed then the section should automatically be considered reviewed by that person. That seems like an unnecessary extra step. Users have a hard enough time remembering to use the Answered and Reviewed toggles. Don’t force extra steps.
