Guest Users functionalities & Security

1. Currently anyone who manages a project or owns content can share content with an External Guest. Are there any controls that would allow us to restrict further who can do this or even disable the feature entirely?
2. The method for sharing with a guest is to send them an email with an embedded link which gives then access to the content that has been shared with them. This enables them to update content in real time and add comments which are then available to other users. This is a very simple and easy to use approach, however I believe the security is very light as anyone who has that link can access the content without the need for any password or other verification. What options does RFPIO have for making this more secure.
3. In order to give a guest access it is simply a case of entering their email address, which can be any email address including (gmail, hotmail etc.). Is it possible to limit the mail domains to which guest access can be sent. This would allow us to limit access to specific known partner organisations.
4. Is there a report that would allow us to monitor usage by guests (e.g. who has been given access, when and what have they accessed)?”
