Salesforce sync on completed projects

Logicalis is looking for the ability to sync project information on completed projects. Given their process, particular items need to be updated following the completion of a project. Currently, they must go back into the project, move it to Active status, sync, then re- complete it.

Alternatively, they would like the ability to close the “RFP Submission Date” tasks for un-Completed projects - this would remove the emails and open task items / would allow them to wait to move projects to complete.

Allowing the Salesforce sync will give Proposal Teams the most accurate view into results that tie directly to their projects. This reporting is key for Proposal Teams and can help them give their SMEs real-time win/loss results, which is a common issue.

@Bagavathy N @Khalees V Hello Bagavathy - this same request is still causing challenges for this customer 2 years later. Is there any other way to tackle this challenge. The customer would like either the status to sync correctly from SF or the option to remove the required field of submitted date or have some sort of status where they can submit the RFP and leave it as open (until Win/Loss is determined), thus removing the open task notification emails. They have dozens of projects in submitted status that they don't want to close until they get the results on the bid, but as such it is causing them to get overdue task notifications for all these projects. @Khalees V - Any other work around options here?
