At the moment the reviewer is making comments but the authors need to be reassigned and the workflow needs to move back to them - is there a way to do this?
@Dani Lloyd Are you referring to authors and reviewers in a project, or in the Content Library?
For authors and reviewers in a project, as long as you leave the "Reviewed" toggle alone and the author can search for any content that hasn't been reviewed. The Reviewer could also un-toggle the button for "Answered" and the author could search for questions that haven't been marked as answered (see screenshot).
Although I think the easiest ways would be to either use flags to show what still needs to be worked on, or the Reviewers and Authors can "@" each other in the comments which will notify them directly.
