Hello Team:
Genpact team wants to change the way we assign star ratings to the QA pairs. Currently, the star rating is provided by the content owner, and it is updated depending on the most recent rating. However, there's a risk that multiple owners may begin rating the same QA pair; in that case, the rating should be changed in accordance with the logic of the average rating.
