PROD-I-944 Tags can be applied to question through recomendation

Hi team,

Client: Hannah Ellingham (hannah.ellingham@aptean.com)

In projects, while answering questions from recommendations that applies responses, likewise, the client needs the tag also to be applied through recommendation. Please check on the possibility of having this feature to be implemented.
