Baker Hughes (large enterprise prospect) wants name of files / figures / images / etc to be dynamic based on the location within a project.
Meaning Figure 1.2.5 should be renamed to Figure 3.4.5 if two other sections were added before it. This name change would cascade to all other Figure names throughout the document.
