PROD-I-1029 Ability to sort documents alphabetically in the CCL

This feature was available in the old UI, but is no longer available in the new CCL. For customers with a lot of documents, it makes it much easier to sort and find the right information.

Client DCM Services has also requested this, but specifically they would like to be able to sort alphabetically when adding a Document to a Project from the Library.
