PROD-I-1033 Dynamic fields change for currency

The client would like to have the option to choose the currency when it comes to start a new project. In many cases we have projects in euros, in others in USD, GBP, AUD and so on. You can see attached a screenshot of how we see the currency in projects and it is not possible to select an alternative currency for that specific project. Can you help me on that? Also they aware that they can change the settings of the default currency but in that case we would be in the same situation of non flexibility of choosing the currency for each project.

Hi Vivin,

This is a long pending enhancement which we have to anlayse and implement it. This has very large impacts while creating the projects if it integrated with the salesforce, dynamics and so on. We will definitely think through it and do an enhancement.

Hi team, Acceyla is asking for a template similar to currency - like if we pick a country it will automatically put miles/kms.

Fortrae is an additional client asking for this functionality as well

Hello Team,

Barnett Waddingham LLP has also requested this feature. While their use case is slightly different, it could still be addressed by providing an option to switch currencies.

Request:

We have several business units within our organisation. Our primary currency is GBP (£), but one of our business units operates in USD ($). At present, we are unable to apply a different currency at the individual business unit level.
