My customer Infinera voiced this request that they would greatly appreciate a feature that allows them to bulk apply comments across multiple questions/sections in an active project. When multiple questions require similar outreach in a project or a comment would be relevant in the library too, this would enable them to send that notification quickly and intuitively. Right now, they have to manage it on a one-by-one basis.
An extension of this idea was also crafting a checkbox option within the 'Save in CL' settings to allow for the option of mapping comments made in a project and preserving them through to the library when select answers are saved.

Thanks for submitting the idea. We have a similar request from Evernorth as well. We will analyze and add it to our enhancement list.
On the second thought, we already have this option to save the comment that was raised at the question level to Content library. Here is the screenshot for your reference.
