Occasionally an RFP or questionnaire doc is staged in the Doc Library before becoming a project. Prospects sometimes notice that they're able to import a New Project Document from all sources EXCEPT their own Doc Library, requiring them to download and import from local machine. This feels like a feature gap for users even if it's not aligned with our primary workflow.
