It would be helpful for admins to have the ability to "lock" a project during final review without having to "complete" it. I had two instances (Brakes and Wellsky) where clients suggested this feature - i think it would be helpful! Suggested announcements and messaging team members, but I can see where this would be murky territory and another thing to manage when things get busy.

Sometimes so many individuals touch a response, it's hard to pull it together and give it "one final voice" for final submission. To the receiver of the proposal, reading a final response that was clearly put together by dozens of individuals is a poor delivery. It would be nice if a super admin or admin could "lock" a proposal for final review before submission to review, pull it all together, and ensure the proposal has readability and a clear message upon completion. Would go nicely with our recent grammarly and audit answers for final review process! happy to discuss further.
