PROD-I-1106 Custom field edits not getting updated for the QA pairs

Under a custom field, there are values more than 5 and later when one of the values gets removed and new one is added, the QA pairs that was tagged to that particular old custom value does not get updated. So, for now, the value has to be added to the custom field at Organization level and then needs to be removed bulky. So, user suggests removing the old value from the QA pairs automatically once when the old value is deleted from that custom field.
