PROD-I-1121 Answer Question Assignment via Teams integration

Client Mackenzie would like the ability to have a user who has been assigned as an Author to a Question in a Project to be able to answer the question in Teams and have it updated in the Project.

@Nicole This is a great use-case to quickly answer the questions without navigating to different app or tab. We will consider it if we receive similar ask in future.
