Client Rave Mobile Safety would like the ability to view & select Alternate Answers when leveraging Auto-Respond. They like that you can click on the properties to see the full suggested match, but would love the ability to choose an alternate response from the suggested record. Almost like if Auto-Respond & Reccomendation engine were smooshed into one feature.
