The user has requested to implement the Help text marking option for Excel file as well since they have lot of information worked via excel files.

@sunitha Is it possible to share the excel file? Don't you think we can use labels instead of help text?
@khalees I am sorry do you want me share any excel file, if you have an excel file with test 2 questions added and imported, the mark options will not have the Help text.
Marking Label for example marking A- Fruit B- Vegetable C- Leafy(Labeling) is same as Help text telling Apple is a fruit and used for kids health benefits. Is it not different?
