Customer has attached an attachment (jpg) on a QA, when he tries to apply the same answer in the next question but wants to insert it as an image, he feels there are numerous (5) clicks, navigate to tinymce -> insert image-> DL->search for the document. Instead, customer has requested to show the option in the attachment view to reduce the clicks.

Hi Kirithika,
This might reduce the number of clicks but it has some impacts if the are more answer types. The client has to scroll down to the end to click the attachment icon and then have to embed an image from the document library. May I know whether we requested the client to undock the tool bar, which reduces the number of clicks.
Thanks,
Deepan M

Hi Deepan,
Yes, we have made the suggestion, but the customer is still requesting an embedded option to make it more convenient when adding the same documents to other questions, in order to minimize the number of clicks required

I am having trouble following the request. can one of you clarify?
"The user tries to apply the same answer in the next question but wants to insert it as an image…"
What does this mean?

Hi Sunder,
I apologize for any lack of clarity on the request.
The customer has provided a response with an attachment (screenshot.jpg). When they try to attach or embed an image, it requires only a single click. However, when they attempt to insert the same screenshot using the image embed upload feature in the response, they have to again click on image embed upload, select the image from the library, and then click on insert. Therefore, the user is requesting to have the image embed option available under the "attach" feature when they need to add the same screenshot that was attached to the response. This would help reduce the number of clicks required.
I hope the explanation is clear. However, if you still have any doubts or require further clarification, I would be more than happy to schedule a call and provide a detailed explanation.
Regards,
Kirithika
